Our initial harm reduction track, the Alcohol Moderation Program, is designed for individuals seeking to reduce the consequences of their alcohol use in a structured and supportive environment. This program focuses on personalized strategies that align with each client’s goals, providing the tools and support needed to achieve a healthier relationship with alcohol.

Our Harm Reduction Group is tailored for those who are not ready or willing to pursue complete abstinence but are looking to minimize the negative impacts of their substance use. This group provides a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their relationship with substances, set realistic goals, and receive support from both peers and professionals.
At Insight Recovery Centers, we believe everyone deserves a treatment approach that respects their unique journey. We will continue offering the traditional Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Continuing Care group, and Alcohol Moderation Program. By expanding our services, we will continue to uphold our commitment to meeting clients where they are and supporting them in achieving their personal recovery goals.
